I don't know if the person who I sent the basket to Samantha Chen at RBC Securities was pleased with the basket, she did thank me for it but we didn't get into the contents because there was a big problem with delivery, it was sent to someone else at her company and then it was again delayed another day due to a big mix up. I understand mistakes happen, but was disappointed with the confusion that took place. I used the company back in the summer and was happy with everything so that is why I used it again. The person I first spoke to seemed to have a problem taking down the information. After many repeats I didn't feel he got my request down properly, he may have been new on the job which is understanding. Supervisor was very helpful. Thank you.
