Exchanges and Returns
If from any reason , gift basket was delivered damaged and recipient notify us with in 48 hours, we will be happy to replace basket with new one with no additional cost.
Items we was not able to deliver
If we attempt delivery and the gift is undeliverable because:
refused at the time of delivery
incorrect address was provided, or address missing information (apartment number ... ),
If recipient moved,
or gift not safe to be left if nobody is home.
If this occurs, the gift will be returned to our head office and the sender will be notified at (by phone or E mail) provided at the time the order was placed.
- For delivery to be attempted a second time, a second delivery will be charged (usually $15)
- If the sender does not wish to reattempt delivery, cost of the gift basket less the 15% ( ( handling and procesing fee ) + delivery charges ,will be refunded ONLY to the purchaser.
If we are from any reason unable to make arrangements for redelivery within 30 days of the return, the gift basket will be considered abandoned.
Easter Gift Basket
I had to very quickly send easter gifts to my grandsons due to having to cancel my visit! I found My Baskets online and called them. They assured they could get the delivery out that day.. and they did!
Their gifts arrived that afternoon and my grandsons were delighted but sadly, one of the plush bunnies had a tear in it!
I sent an email right away with pics and got a response back very quickly apologizing and they would get it corrected! Within 1 day, my grandson received a brand new Basket and plush stuffed bunny ( which he loves) and both kids were so happy! And so was I!

The basket was just as described and was well received. Beautiful. Only negative was that it was delivered before the date requested and the gift card was located inside the basket. Going to a business, there was confusion as to what or who it was for.
