Current Positions:

Gift Basket Assembler (Full-time)

Employees are responsible arranging our gift baskets before they are sent out for delivery. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate who pays close attention to detail. We want our customers to know what they are getting is even better than pictured! Other requirements include:

• Attention to detail
• Check for any defects and quality assurance
• Guarantee the package clean and secure
• Prepare items for shipping,which includes wrapping and making bows
• Stand for entire shift, except during breaks
• Regular lifting up to 30 lbs

 Seasonal Gift Specialist (Customer Service) 

This administrative position requires a smart and savvy people person to interact with clients and help fulfill orders. Responsibilities include:

• Being friendly, professional, and helpful customer service to clients via phone.
• Helping with daily administrative tasks such as preparing  deliveries, filing, and organizing records
• Maintaining proper phone etiquette at all times
• Showing enthusiasm and ability to make decisions independently
• Ability to problem solve and take feedback professionally
• Patience and willingness to learn 

Gift Basket Delivery Driver (Full-time)

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Canadian driving license (minimum G2 or above).
• Must own a vehicle with valid insurance, a smartphone and willing to go through a background check.
• Available at all times are during the day, primarily 11AM - 5PM
• Great communication skills

E-Commerce SEO Link Building Specialist

Requirements:

• Link building experience at least 2-years, with extensive knowledge of all aspects and best practices for white hat link building. This includes link outreach, niche link building, HARO link building etc. Must be able to effectively produce high quality and relevant links. We require the candidate have a history of sucessfully managing link building campaigns in-house or for agencies.
• Responsible for managing all of My Baskets websites (Shopify + Amazon platforms), from strategy to tactical: including but not limited to day-to-day website content updates across multiple domains, loading product SKUs, updating and refreshing website marketing materials, photos, product descriptions, setup and execution of promotions, managing app integrations, monitoring and reporting on performance, troubleshooting website issues, and overseeing new development projects.
• Overseeing + optimizing UI and UX flow.
• Optimizing website E-commerce performance, site speed, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conducting a/b tests to optimize website conversion rate, and capturing best practices.
• Analytics: understanding consumer behaviour, purchase funnel, and channel traffic sources.
• Monitoring day-to-day Shopify + Amazon site function.
• Work on any project that may come up – you are flexible and prepared to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed.
  

Florist 

Requirements:

• Efficiently create and recreate designs of all styles. Cutting, cleaning, wrapping, and basic arranging of flowers.

• The candidate should also have the ability to work fast, under pressure, and multitask. Able to lift 30 lbs without physical restriction.

• Basic English is acceptable. The candidate should also, be outgoing & friendly, responsible, and dependable.

• (Only Apply With) Minimum 3+ years of recent floral design experience in a flower shop.
• Computer PC literate an asset.
  
  
• Available to meet business & customer demand, including weekends & extended hours during all holidays November through December.
• Able to establish priorities, work both independently & in a team environment.
• Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs or more & stand/be on your feet for long periods.
